Finally Development!

This is from a workshop session which was based on a lot more structure and rigid forms. I found this easier to manipulate the paper so i was inspired to research into different natural forms.. such as the DNA. 

At first i just started experimenting, sticking the triangles together in different ways to see what shapes i could create.

I think if i developed this design further then i could create something interesting. The repetition would occur in the way the triangles are arranged, and the shapes they create. Or possibly a few of these all identical and joined together.

Im not really sure why this reminds me of DNA after researching it further it doesn't really resemble any of the structures i have found, Maybe just molecules or something i have subconsciously seen in science textbooks.
